Mobilehome parks that don't allow renting of homes, such as ourselves, require a purchase of the home after park approval. Once the home is purchased there is a lease signing with a security deposit due at the time. Our rates are as follows:

Security Deposit (Due at Lease Signing): $1,200.00
Base Monthly Rent (Includes Water and Nighttime Security): $600.00
Sewer: $38.05
Trash: $31.65

Application Fee: $50 per Applicant (Due When Application is Turned In)
